Do you like the trip of a lifetime?

Do you like the trip of a lifetime?

Do you like the trip of a lifetime?

The truth is that God wants you to enjoy your life every day. Did you know? If you did not, or maybe you do not know if God approves people who appreciate life, look at John 10:10 (AMP). He said: “The thief does not come but to steal and kill and destroy I have come to have and enjoy life, and have it in abundance (at most until it opens) ..

It is an absolutely incredible writing because it tells us clearly that God not only wants us to be alive, but He wants us to love to be alive. He wants us to live with joy – abundant and overflowing joy!

Learn to live life
My passion as a teacher of God’s Word is to help people learn to live the life that Jesus died to give us. This is why we have called our program “Enjoying everyday life”. And I have learned from my own experience that if you do not have any joy, no matter what you have or what you do or how your circumstances can be good … that does not mean much.

So how can we have the joy of the Lord? Jesus tells us in John 15 that if we abide in him, we will experience the will of God for our lives, and all that Jesus will be ours. Hosted media make Jesus the most important person in your life, live and stay in it, and revolve around everything happens in life. It was at that time that we produced the fruit of a divine life. And it was then that the true joy of God is released in us.

It is easy to see that Jesus focuses on so many benefits. On the one hand, when we are going to pay attention to it, we do not focus on the problems of the world; And we can live with the peace and joy of God. Another benefit of living this way is that it prevents us from continually standing out to live in survival mode and disappear throughout the day.

Why is the game important?

Why is the game important?

Why is the game important?

According to Fromberg and Gullo (1992), the game improves language development, social skill, creativity, imagination and thinking skills. Frost (1992) agrees, stating that “play is the primary vehicle for the development of imagination and intelligence, language, social skills, and perceptual motor skills in infants and young children” (p.

Garvey (1977says that play is the most common infantile when children’s self-awareness, verbal and non-verbal communication knowledge and understanding of the physical and social world are growing dramatically.

Fromberg (1990) asserts that gambling is the “ultimate integrator of human experience” (p.223). This means that when children play, they build on their past experience: things they do, like others, read or watch on television, and use these experiences to build games, play scenarios and participate in activities.

Children use fine and thick motor skills in their play. They react socially. They think about what they are doing or they will. They use language to speak or for themselves and respond very often emotionally to the game activity. The integration of these different types of behaviors is fundamental for the cognitive development of young children. Rogers and Sawyer (1988), “at least until the age of nine, the cognitive structures of children work best in the unified mode” (P 58). Because children were inspired by all these behaviors, it is a very effective way to learn.

Cognitive development and reading
The relationship between play and cognitive development is described differently in the two theories of cognitive development that dominate early childhood education – Piaget and Vigotsky.

Piaget (1962) defines the piece as the assimilation, or the child’s efforts to ensure that environmental stimuli correspond to their own concepts. Piaget’s theory that play on itself does not necessarily cause the formation of new cognitive structures. Piaget says that the game was just for fun, and then allowed the children to practice the things they had learned, this has not necessarily translated into learning new things. In other words, the game reflects what the child has already learned, but necessarily the child is taught something new. In this perspective, the game is considered a “process that reflects symbolic development to emerge, but contributes little” (Johnsen and Christie, 1986, p 51).

However, Vygotsky’s theory says that the game actually facilitates cognitive development. Children do not just do what they already know – they also learn new things. In the discussion of Vygotsky’s theory, Vandenberg (1986) points out that “the game does not reflect so much thinking (as Piaget suggests), since it creates thought” (p.21).

The observations of the children in the game give examples to support theories of Piaget and Vygotsky game. A boy who puts on a raincoat and a fireman’s hat and rushes to rescue his teddy bear flames claimed in his home game practice what he has learned about the fire department. This supports Piaget’s theory. On the other hand, a child in the middle of blocks announcing his teacher: “Look! When I put these two square blocks, a rectangle appears!” A new knowledge built through your game. This supports Vygotsky’s theory. Let the children practice what they have learned in other contexts or build new knowledge, it is clear that the room plays an important role in the early childhood class.

Laughter- The Best Medicine

Laughter- The Best Medicine

Laughter- The Best Medicine

Laughter, they say, is the best medicine. And there is a lot of evidence that laughter does us a lot.

Reduces pain and allows us to tolerate discomfort.

Reduces blood glucose levels, increased glucose tolerance in diabetics and non-diabetics.

This improves your professional performance, especially if your work depends on creativity and solving complex problems. Their role in intimate relationships is largely underestimated and what really is the glue of good marriages. Synchronize the speaker’s brains and the listener so that they adapt emotionally.

Laughter establishes – or restores – a positive emotional climate and a sense of connection between two people. In fact, some researchers believe that the main function of laughter is to unite people. And all the benefits of laughter can simply be the result of social support that laughter stimulates.

Now there is new evidence that laughter helps the blood vessels work better. It acts on the lining of blood vessels, called endothelium, causing relaxation and expansion of blood vessels, which increases blood flow. In other words, it is good for the heart and brain, two organs that require the constant flow of oxygen carried in the blood.

At this year’s meeting of the American College of Cardiology, Michael Miller, MD, of the University of Maryland reported that in a study of 20 healthy people, causing laughter did as much good in their arteries as aerobic activity. Not recommended for laughing and not exercising. However, he reports that he tries to laugh on a regular basis. The endothelium, he explains, regulates blood flow and adjusts the blood clotting tendency and clots. In addition, a variety of chemicals are segregated in response to injury, infection or irritation. It also plays an important role in the development of cardiovascular diseases.

“The endothelium is the first line in the development of atherosclerosis, or hardening of the arteries,” said Dr. Miller. “Therefore, given the results of our study, it is conceivable that laughter is important to maintain a healthy endothelium, and reduce the risk of cardiovascular disease.”

At least, he adds, “laughter contradicts the impact of mental stress, detrimental to the endothelium.”

The researcher can not say with certainty exactly how laughter has its benefits to the heart. This could come from the vigorous movement of the diaphragm muscles like that of rice or grunt. Alternatively, or in addition, laughter can trigger the release of hormones in the brain, such as endorphins that have an effect on the arteries.

It is also possible that laughter increases the levels of nitric oxide in the walls of the arteries. It is known that nitric oxide plays a role in the dilation of the endothelium. “Perhaps mental stress leads to a breakdown of nitric oxide or inhibits a stimulus to produce nitric oxide which results in vasoconstriction.”

Dr. Miller offers a simple recipe that will not fail you and could save your life. “Thirty minutes of exercise three times a week and 15 minutes of laughter on a daily basis is probably good for the vascular system,” he said.

Reasons Why Laughter Is the Best Medicine

Reasons Why Laughter Is the Best Medicine

Reasons Why Laughter Is the Best Medicine

Have you ever been in a tense or difficult situation when you suddenly burst into a crack of laughter? Or do you feel a release or rejuvenate after watching a movie that is divinely divine?

It turns out there is some scientific truth behind the old saying. “The laugh is the best medicine.”

“Laughter activates natural body relaxation response. It’s like an internal jogging, providing a good massage to all internal organs while toning the abdominal muscles,” says Dr. Gulshan Sethi, chief of cardiothoracic surgery at Tucson Medical Center and professor at the University of Arizona Comprehensive Medicine Center.

That may be the reason why Deepak Chopra said that the healthiest response to life is laughter.

Studies have shown that laughter can have healing properties; And it is contagious. Here are six reasons why you should start laughing today.

Laughter is contagious
The discovery of mirror neurons – which makes you smile when someone smiles at you – gives credit to the belief that laughter is contagious.

When you sit trying to meet friends, you can help your brain to unleash its own rigor and foster closeness, which contributes to your well-being. Why do you think that sense of humor is an important factor when looking for a partner? We love the feeling of shared laughter and our body wants a lot from that feeling of the possible.

Laughter reduces stress response
When you laugh, there is a contraction of muscles increases blood flow and oxygenation. This stimulates the heart and lungs and triggers the release of endorphins that help you feel more relaxed physically and emotionally.

Laughter increases immunity
According to a study at Indiana State Nursing School, memorable laughter can increase the speed of natural killer cells, a type of white blood cell that attacks cancer cells.

Laughter increases resilience
Resilience is the ability to see failure as a natural progression toward success rather than a negative. Resilient people are happier and more successful.

The ability to recognize mistakes without getting angry or frustrated plays an important role in the development of resilience. Laughing mistakes allows us to recognize that making mistakes is part of the human being.

Laughter Fights Depression
Studies support laughter as a great way out of the downward spiral of depression. Being dissatisfied can become a model or a way of thinking if we do not move away from ourselves from time to time. By demonstrating our situation instead of making us feel the victim, we can find humor and see with new eyes. Even forced laughter releases a cocktail of hormones, neuropeptides and dopamine that can start to improve your mood.

Laughter Relieves Pain
People who laugh do not feel less pain, but they report at least concerned about the pain they experience. This does not change the levels of pain. The intensity of the pain is the same, but your perceived pain levels decrease and your belief that you can cope with the increases. Laughter itself is not the solution, but it can help a person overcome the discomfort.

Fast hacks for more laughter in your life
Make humor a priority reading a funny book, watching a comedy or listening to your favorite comedian.
Share laughter with friends. Spend more time with people having fun.
Practice laughter yoga, practices and Dr. Sethi teaches from time to time.
Remember that life is fun. The ability to laugh at yourself makes you attractive to others and can help relieve your own stress. Concentrate on looking for laughable moments in your day and tell a friend your funny story as a way to increase the power of sharing laughter.
Know what is not funny. Laughing at the coast of others is not fun. Be aware of your mood, the laughter of people.
Your ability to laugh can be cultivated with practice, in order to start with the focus on fun. Find the chance to be a fool. Remember that laughter, like smiling, was never exhausted when shared.

Play in Early Childhood

Play in Early Childhood

Back-to-Basics- Play in Early Childhood

Kyle plays with blocks and built a castle. Tony and Victoria are playing with the fire station and posing as firefighters. Kenzo and Carl play with a ball. Children play with playmates in the theater. Playgroups on the court choose players to play ball. As an early childhood professional, you are likely to use wordplay a hundred times a day.

Research shows that children learn best in an environment that allows them to explore, discover and play. Play is an important part of a developmentally adapted child care program. It is also closely linked to the development of cognitive, socio-emotional and physical behavior. But what does it mean to play and why is it so important for young children?

What’s the game?
While it is easy to compile a list of reading activities, it is much more difficult to define reproduction. Scales, et al. (1991) calls “the absorbing activity in which healthy young children participate with enthusiasm and abandonment” (p.15). Csikszentmihalyi (1981) described play as “a subset of life … an arrangement in which behavior can be practiced without fear of its consequences” (p.14). Garvey (1977) gave a useful description of the game for teachers when defining the game as an activity that is: 1) positively appreciated by the player; 2) self-motivated; 3) freely chosen; 4) engage; And 5) “certain systematic relationships with what is not playing” (p.5). These characteristics are important for teachers to remember because they impose adult values, needs or motives in children’s activities can change the nature of the game.

According to the dictionary of Webster’s English language office, the word game has 34 different meanings. As for toddlers and games, the following definitions are helpful Webster:

Light, strong movement or change (for example, to pretend you are a butterfly)
Acting or imitating part of a person or character (for example, playing at home)
To use a device (for example, to play blocks)
Exercise or activity for fun or recreation (for example, to play the tag)
Fun or enjoyable, as opposed to serious (for example, playing peek-a-boo or singing a silly song)
The action of a game (for example, the game of duck-duck)

A Beginner's Guide to Camera Modes

A Beginner’s Guide to Camera Modes

A Beginner’s Guide to Camera Modes

When you are a beginner photographer, just look at all the buttons, numbers and camera menu options to send panic into your heart.

Add in the user manual of this camera that is more like a novel, and there is a lot of information to absorb.

If you ask me, it’s part of the reason why beginners rarely go beyond this little green box on the camera’s clock, also called automatic mode.

But here is a secret – go beyond full automotive opens many opportunities for you to be creative, learn more about photography and take more control over how your images appear.

Of modes of the primary camera in the camera leave.

The automatic mode

IStock image 178725952 min

Like most beginners to use automatic mode, I do not think there is a lot of mystery about what it does …

But in the spirit of giving a complete view, the fully automatic mode gives full control over the camera settings.

This means you just have to point and shoot, and you do not have to worry about changing things like the aperture, shutter speed and ISO.

Full Auto also deals with dosage, white balance development and flash extinction.

In other words, it is the camera show – it decides what to do and how the final image will be visible.

There are many benefits to making by car, especially for beginners.

However, since the camera takes care of all the decision making, fully automatic is something that all beginners will eventually come out.

Therefore, switching to a semi-automatic mode could give you the tools you need to move your image to the next level.

Semiautomatic modes

Priority priority mode

IStock image 481419708 min

Let’s say you want to take a picture that has a beautiful background blur like the one above.

So you are looking for a way to get a blurred background and find that opening is one of the main factors that determines the depth of field.

The question is how to control the aperture without having to pull in full manual mode?

The answer is opening priority.

Designated as A or AV on the camera wheel, aperture priority is a fully automatic advanced because the aperture is adjusted.

To assist, the camera selects the shutter speed, which, under normal lighting conditions, will lead to good exposure.

As soon as you turn on the camera A or AV, select a large aperture (ie d. C / 2) and the camera selects the shutter speed.

IStock image 469775383 min

Although you can make other settings such as ISO, you probably do not need to.

This means that you can do an adjustment – Aperture – and get a better picture because it tells you exactly what you want (in this context, at least) instead of simply admitting the camera.

Conversely, if you want a greater depth of field so that the scene is centered backwards (as the landscape is shown above), you can mark a smaller aperture (ie, F / 16), let the Camera to choose the shutter speed, and a more pleasant image.

The aperture priority mode that gets a perfectly exposed image every time? No. However, in typical lighting conditions, usually higher than fully automatic mode, and that’s a good thing!

Learn more about the aperture priority mode here.

Shutter Priority Mode

IStock image 453243553 min

Now, suppose you take a photo of your child to play soccer and you want to freeze your movement while running to throw the ball.

Since the shutter speed to control the appearance of movement, you know you need to select a fast shutter speed to stop the motion.

Therefore, turn the steering wheel of your S into the camera or turn the TV in shutter priority mode, select a shutter speed of 1/1000 seconds, and the camera selects an aperture for correct exposure .

Of course, the same warning applied to aperture priority mode applies to the shutter priority mode – it does not show perfect exposure every time, but under normal lighting conditions, you will have no problem.

You can also use the shutter priority mode to blur motion.

Of course, you just have to choose a slower shutter speed, and once again, the camera will select an appropriate aperture

How to Improve Your Landscape Photography

How to Improve Your Landscape Photography

How to Improve Your Landscape Photography in Three Simple Steps

When it comes to capturing the beauty of the landscape, there is a lot to keep in mind.

You have to think not only the parameters of the camera you use, but you should also be aware of how to compose the shot as well.

With a lot of thought, you can make photography of a small landscape overwhelming, especially if you are a beginner.

However, there are simple steps you can take that will have an immediate and positive impact on your photos.

Let’s examine what you can do to improve your landscape photography.

Using a Remote Camera

Using a remote camera for landscape photography may not seem necessary, but believe me, it will improve your photos.

To start using a camera’s remote control, you can minimize camera shake and get sharper pictures.

More photos will be sharper, more will be clearer and the final image will be more enjoyable.

In addition, a camera allows you to escape the camera.

This is advantageous for several reasons …

First, it may be in the photo instead of behind the lens.

Second, taking a few steps back, it is possible to find a better perspective or point of view from which to shoot.

In other words, you can open up new creative possibilities for your photography.

However, depending on the remote control, your creative limits can be greatly expanded.

Take the pulse of the labs in the Alps as a perfect example.

This small device mounts to the camera shoe and gives you total control over your camera via the smartphone.

This means it can be up to 100 feet away and still control things like the diaphragm, shutter speed and ISO.

Even better, Pulse gives you the power to create wonderful videos, live videos and long-lasting expositions.

So instead of living in the still photography world, this remote control camera on the steroids you have in another creative space!

Get these horizons directly

IStock image 596343506 min

There are many things that can go wrong in a landscape photo, but there is nothing as simple as a compensation horizon that can have a negative impact on the overall shot.

You can have everything else in the perfect picture – framing, lighting, focus, composition – but if the horizon is not quite right, guess what people will notice?

Unequal horizon …

This is a simple problem to solve.

You can get a tripod with a bubble level to help you keep these horizons right.

You can also use a mounted level shoe if you already have a tripod that has not been incorporated into the level.

When triggered on the handheld device, use the live view and activate the other rule grid to use as a guide for the level of your horizons.

They only serve to align one of the two horizontal lines with the horizon, and you’re ready to go!

Slow down and deal with a purpose

IStock image 618436042 min

I understand the thrill of being in such a beautiful place that you want to photograph as many different perspectives as possible.

But hurry is not going to make your landscape photos favors.

Instead, if you want to improve the quality of the images, slow down and concentrate on the composition of the best possible photo.

One way to slow down, you can use a remote camera and a tripod.

It takes a few seconds to set up these accessories, and in a matter of seconds, you can look more closely at your surroundings and think about how you want to frame the shot.

IStock image 483876633 min

Then, once you have set up your equipment, you can use what you have learned about the landscape to make better decisions about composition.

For example, you may notice a distraction in the foreground – such as a felled tree – that you want to frame the shot.

You can then take steps to move the magnification device to the object of harvesting the tree out of the image, or you can use a zoom to do the same.

The point is that instead of aiming and shooting very quickly, adopting a more measured approach, you can actually compose much more pleasing images while saving you some time after treatment as you do not have to do as many cultures or recovery .

Not a bad deal if you ask me!

Bonus: think about how the landscape will look at a different time

5. Resist the temptation to be too topic-y. For example, the Cape Cod style is a very popular application. Do you know the: Dashboard, blue and white oar water, paintings of boats. But it has been done so many times, it lacks individuality. In this piece, coastal atmosphere is achieved through a palette of works of art and materials that give the effect without leverage the obvious clichés.

6. Create a focal point. There are main and supporting roles cast members in any production. It is the same in the design. Choose your star and make it a focal point to anchor a room. Allow other elements to play a secondary role. Do not ask everyone to have a lead role; This simply causes visual noise.

Your focal point could be a dramatic hood in the kitchen, a coat and a work of art in the living room or a headboard in the bedroom. Anyway, choose something that attracts attention. In this environment, the fireplace and lighting work together as a collective focal point, putting the eye in the center of the composition and anchoring it there.

7. Consider the lines of vision. Your focal point should be free and clear from one room to another, so you seem to be attracted to each other. This is why the best place for a focal point is usually directly in front of the entrance of the room.

8. Change your collection. Do not cling to a piece that does not fit. I do not care if your great Aunt Sally gave it to you. If that does not work for you, look for a new home (maybe in another room).

The unifying theme here is the use of black in utility rooms. The balance is almost perfect. This reminds me of something Coco Chanel said about accessibility, “Before you leave home, look in the mirror and remove a thing.” In design, know when to stop.

Let go and what to keep

9. Vary the scale. What looks good in the store can look like an elephant in the room when you bring it home. Or it’s too small to have any meaning. So always vary the scale and proportion.

The mirror frame large sunbeams fill the wall space here while the sand dollars are below an interesting pool. They would be too insignificant individually. The three and five are nicer than even the numbers arrangements.
Traditional Dining by Gast Architects

10. Add lighting layers. In the kitchen area, the back wall is activated, the work is highlighted and the interior of the cabinet is filled with light. A central lighting element would not have the same dramatic result.

Professional lighting create layers to create interest, intrigue and variety. In a room where everything is lit uniformly, nothing stands out. Choose a focal point and maybe a secondary focal point and bring them out. Add general ambient lighting and lower lighting, such as table lamps, for interest.

5 questions to ask for the best lighting in the room
11. Be bold. Personality is what makes the space perfect. Make your own statement and have fun. The more you try, the more you start to see what works and what does not.

Incorporate unexpected elements into drama. The unconventional Ottoman bookcase seats in the library and the oversized chandelier here are unexpected in a classic room, but the result has a charisma. Avoid the rooms and the benefits provided if you want a piece that really healed.

12. Ignore any principle for creativity. Having guidelines gives people a good starting point for furnishing and decorating your home, although some of them are not practical for a particular space.

Key Decorating Tips to Make Any Room Better

I hate to break, but designers do not follow a secret rule book. There are no laws that govern sustainable and rapid of what we do. We are creative by nature and like to imagine, dream and explore, following our intuition. Having said that, there are approximate principles that guide us to ensure exceptional results at all times. They are only proven and true things that work. And these are not tricks or skills that take years to master. Everyone can do from the first day. Consider this as a basis for developing your own eccentric, creative, and revolutionary intuition.

1. Choose the color of the last painting. I get calls from all time owners who want to choose a paint color before they settle. It gives me the logic. Why do not they come to the walls with a coat of paint? Of course, you can do it that way, but in my opinion, this is not ideal.

There are thousands of paint colors with different tints, shades and nuances. And everyone looks different from house to house, because light sources vary, which means that what seems to be good in your current home, maybe not in your news. You want the color that best complements your upholstery, this work of art, your carpet and anything else. You can choose the color that if your business is really in your house.

2. Give your furniture some breath. Resist the overcrowding of a room. A graceful life means a space to facilitate maneuvers. This is really great news if you are working on a tight budget. You do not need to fill an area with a lot of furniture. Spend more of your budget on smaller parts, but better, and your room will be better than if you are filled by the guts with discoveries at the flea markets. The high back chairs shown here, for example, stand out because they do not have to fight for attention.

3. Hang the illustration at the appropriate height. Galleries and museums hang works of art so that the center (central) line of each piece is 57 inches to 60 inches off the ground. (The average human eye is 57 inches.) And you should do the same.

In a room like this, where the ceilings rise, there could be a tendency to contain the higher art. But remember: it must be related to the human scale, not the scale of the structure.

If you are not sure, take a photo. It is remarkable how an image can reveal. Print it or use Photoshop or an application to draw on the photo. This can give you the impression that if a large or smaller work is needed or plant size might be the best to fill a vacancy.

4. Know how to arrange the furniture on a carpet. Basically, there are three ways to arrange furniture on your carpet.

About: The rug is large enough to fit all feet of additional furniture. This creates a more luxurious feeling. Therefore, the more, the better. Be sure to leave at least 12 to 18 inches of floor area on all four sides of the carpet borders.

All: If you have a small room, keeping all the legs off the canvas is an excellent cost effective choice. You do not want to choose a carpet too small, but it may seem insignificant, as a deeper reflection. The carpet should appear as if it could reach the front legs of each of the seat parts. This approach is most appropriate when placing a pattern on a more solid or textured carpet.

Before: Just put the front legs of all your seat parts on the mat to fix the layout together visual and create a space defined at the same time that provides a feeling of spaciousness.
